Quelle impression vous a laissé la soirée networking ?

Excellente, j’ai été impressionnée par l’enthousiasme et la mobilisation des participants. La soirée était très vivante, agrémentée de nombreux échanges sur les métiers en Biotech et Medtech, les transitions de carrières et également sur les processus de recrutements. Les intervenants témoignaient sur une large palette d’activités incluant la recherche et développement, la médiation scientifique, le conseil, l’entreprenariat et les relations Clients.

Qu’est-ce que cette soirée vous a apporté ?

La soirée m’a apporté de nombreux contacts avec les jeunes chercheurs et les intervenants. J’ai revu avec plaisir nos clients et partenaires, et développé mon réseau. Ces partages renforcent ma conviction de l’apport majeur des Docteurs en Sciences en entreprise grâce aux qualités et valeurs développées par la Recherche : intégrité, rigueur, esprit d’équipes, créativité, proactivité. Par exemple chez KANEKA Eurogentec, nous sommes plus de 40 PhD répartis dans une équipe de 350 personnes consacrées à la satisfaction des clients. La relève est assurée haut la main ; j’ai pleinement confiance dans la réussite de vos projets professionnels.

Pourquoi avez-vous décidé d’intervenir ?

Je souhaitais continuer à évoquer les atouts des métiers de la vente de produits et de services à hautes valeurs ajoutées, et les départements avec lesquels nous travaillons en interne : support scientifique, service clients, marketing, affaires réglementaires, qualité. Je voulais également partager les opportunités d’évolution de carrières en transversal et en gestion d’équipes. J’étais aussi motivée pour transmettre un concentré de conseils appris et appliqués depuis 20 ans pour réussir les différentes étapes du parcours : transition professionnelle, prise de fonctions, intégration et progression en entreprises des secteurs des biotechnologies et de la santé, dans un environnement international.

Que pensez-vous de cette initiative des jeunes chercheurs ?

La démarche doit être saluée, encouragée et étendue à d’autres Forums. Cette initiative témoigne de la prise de conscience et de la détermination des jeunes chercheurs à développer et entretenir leur réseau professionnel. C’est un signal fort. Le networking, fondé sur l’ouverture à l’autre, l’écoute active, la confiance et le partage d’expériences et d’opportunités, est en effet incontournable pour le développement personnel et le succès des projets professionnels. Excellent, I was impressed by the enthusiasm and the involvement of the participants. The evening was very lively, with many exchanges about professions in Biotech and Medtech, career transitions and also recruitment processes. The different guests represented a wide range of activities including research and development, scientific mediation, consulting, entrepreneurship and customer relationships.

What did this evening bring you?

The evening brought me many contacts with young researchers and the other guests. I enjoyed meeting with our customers and partners and further developing my network. These interactions reinforced my conviction that PhDs can give a major contribution to business, thanks to the qualities and values ​​developed in research: integrity, rigor, team spirit, creativity and proactivity. For example, at KANEKA Eurogentec, we have more than 40 PhDs in a team of 350 people devoted to customer satisfaction. The effective continuity is ensured. I have full confidence in the success of your professional projects.

I wanted to present the advantages of jobs in the Sales and Services department, as well as in the other departments we work with: scientific support, customer service, marketing, regulatory affairs, quality. I also wanted to share career development opportunities in cross-functional and in team management. I was also looking forward to share all the advices that I’ve learned and applied for 20 years to succeed during the different stages of my path: professional transition, taking up my post, company integration and progress in biotechnology and health, in an international environment.
