My first General Assembly at the national BIOTechno Network
Le Réseau BIOTechno est avant tout un réseau de personnes, motivées et engagées. Chaque année, nous nous retrouvons lors des Assemblées Générales pour faire le point et préparer les futurs événements. Clarisse, membre de l’organisation du Forum BIOTechno Paris 2018, nous raconte son expérience vécue dans les coulisses du Réseau.
The General Assembly (GA) of the national BIOTechno Network is essential to maintain fairness between all members and a good organization. Decisions on important questions, such as Forum organization in different cities, admission of new members and budgetary matters are taken during the GA.
Two GAs per year are organized, with a representative of each association involved in the national BIOTechno Network. Each association has one vote and all votes require a two-thirds majority.
To be present at the GA as an association representative allows you to really understand all aspects of this national network. You will be part of the decisions and give your opinions for all new decisions. Also, you will realize all the work already done and how the personal involvement of the board members is significant.
It is also be a fabulous occasion to meet people in the organization.
If your association is already part of the national BIOTechno Network, do not hesitate to come you will learn and understand a lot of things on this federation of associations.
